ALMAX spotlights value 19 April 2022

The new, 10 watt, ALMAX Leopard LED Cordless Work Light promises a quality, practical lighting solution that won’t hit painters and tradies in the pocket. Just launched, the first in the ALMAX Leopard range is feature-rich and fills a gap in the market for tough, high-spec, fit-for-purpose lights that are affordable too. (The 10 watt was chosen as the initial product since it’s the industry’s most popular wattage choice.)

USB rechargeable, and portable, it has a clever 180° adjustable magnetic base so it’s great for clipping to door hinges – or to the side of the van or ute, now days are getting shorter.

Easy to hold in one hand, while spot checking walls or for hard-to-see corners on industrial projects, the light is destined to become an essential piece of kit.

The brightness of 500/1,000 lumens is dimmable to 100 lumens if that’s ever required. (It might not be an everyday thing – but it’s good to have.) And it’ll perform for 3 hours at 1,000 lumens or 5 hours at 500 lumens, with a battery indicator to help keep an eye on the charge. The light can even be used during recharging, if needed.

Rated impact resistant to IK07, the light will withstand being dropped or knocked over. It doesn’t mind a bit of damp or an accidental squirt with a hose either – with a water resistance rating of IP65.

And so it’s all ready to go, a USB charger and an adaptor are included. (Charging time is four hours.)
